How do I open an account?
Click Get Started, enter your details, and verify your email with the code we send. Then complete identity verification in your portal.
Is there a fee to open an account?
Opening an account is free. Any fees that apply to plans are shown in your portal before you confirm.
Which devices can I use?
Any phone, tablet or computer. On mobile the site works like an app and can be added to your home screen.

What can I invest in?
Cryptocurrency, forex, stocks, ETFs, 401(k) and retirement portfolios, real estate, commodities and metals, and bonds.
What does hands-off mean?
You choose goals and sector weights. Our team handles day-to-day management. You never place trades.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Submit a new allocation any time from the Invest page.
Are returns guaranteed?

How do I choose the right mix?

How do I deposit?
Open Deposit in your portal and follow the instructions for your chosen method. Deposits are reviewed and credited to your balance.
How do withdrawals work?
Request a withdrawal from your portal. Every request is reviewed by our team before it is processed.
Where can I see my history?
All deposits, withdrawals and plans are listed in your Transactions and Invest pages.
Safety
Is my account secure?
Accounts use verified email, identity checks, reviewed withdrawals and automatic session timeout. Read more on our Security page.
Is Redtail registered?
Our FINRA CRD and SEC numbers are on our About page with links so you can verify them yourself.
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot Password on the sign-in page to reset it by email.
